BioMechanics +, Inc. Performance, Health and Wellness Services is a science based company focused on educating and training the local community on the correct and safe pursuit of fitness. Traditional exercise methods were developed with little understanding of true human body science, including anatomy and physiology. The laws of nature, defined through physics, which involves the analysis of forces, and chemistry, which determines the composition of materials, are seldom acknowledged when addressing resisted exercise and nutrition with traditional methods. BioMechanics + incorporates these sciences when developing balanced exercise and nutrition for the body. The engineering of the body, or how it’s made, determines how it functions, or works. Analyzing the mechanics of ones’ body aids in determining bodily dysfunction, or how it doesn’t work. In other words, one must understand how an engine is supposed to work, and identify how it doesn’t work before improvements or corrections can be made. BioMechanics + utilizes these scientific facts to aid in the development of a healthy lifestyle.
Exercise that is safe and less degenerative to the joints and related tissues, and nutrition that is not based on fad diets but on the chemistry and physiology of the human body is BioMechanics + recipe for increased performance, health and wellness for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. BioMechanics + utilizes its alliance with science based health professionals to provide insight on the precision design of the human body. This alliance also aids BioMechanics + in injury prevention, health maintenance, post-rehabilitative therapy, as well as performance enhancement for the human machine.
You deserve to know the difference, not to be sold on traditional marketing and misunderstanding by the counterfeit fitness industry! "The truth will set you free" to better daily performance, health and wellness.
"Mechanics + Technique = Results"
